                   Statements filed by respondents No.2 to 5 are taken on record, copies whereof are supplied.  It is agreed that the official respondents shall not cause any harassment to the petitioner and that they shall take care of the life and liberty of the petitioner and they shall act strictly in accordance with law.  As far as registration of F.I.R is concerned, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the concerned Court by moving appropriate application in accordance with law. 

                   The petition is disposed of accordingly.
