            Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is satisfied as far as statement/comments of private respondents are concerned though it may not be relevant for the purpose of disposal of this petition which is mainly concerned with official respondents and learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 is directed to provide protection to the life and liberty of the petitioners and that respondent No.3 to act  strictly in accordance with law. The petitioners who have solemnized  nikah by way of freewill may seek remedy before court at Balochistan for the disposal of their case in accordance with.
