4.       Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants intend to surrender before the trial Court, but apprehend danger of their arrest, as the trial Court has issued N.B.Ws: against them. He therefore, prays for suspension of operation of such N.B.Ws.

          Without dilating upon merits and demerits of the case, let for the time being operation of N.B.Ws: issued against applicants by the trial Court is suspended. The applicants shall surrender before the trial Court within ten days. This order shall cease to exist on the expiry of the ten days or the surrender of the applicants, whichever is earlier. The application is disposed of.
