            Both the learned Counsels submit that this petition could be disposed of in terms of the order passed in C.P. No. D- 994/2009, whereby the services of the petitioners in that petition were ordered to be regularized on the posts on which they were working within prescribed time.

            It is contended by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the case of petitioner is similar to those petitioners who filed C.P. No. D-994/2009, who were the low paid employees.  In view of such consensus reached between the counsels this petition is disposed of with direction to the E.D.O (Revenue)/ Deputy Commissioner (in terms of Sindh Local Government as amended), to regularize service of the petitioner within one week.

            This petition is disposed of accordingly.
