Respondents No.1 and 3 have filed their statements along with certain documents which are taken on record and copies thereof provided to the counsel for petitioner. The respondent NO.3. SHO PS Burewala, in his statement has submitted that the detainee Abid Ali is under judicial custody and is lodged in District Jail, Wihari. Learned counsel for the petitioner after going through the copies of FIR, statement of SHO concerned and the remand order dated 22.1.2013 states that the petitioner will seek remedy in accordance with law from the competent court of law as the detainee is in custody hence purpose of present petition has been achieved. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition which is disposed of accordingly. The petitioner may seek remedy available to her under the law.
