The  Assistant Accountant has submitted  note wherein it is pointed out that the above named surety has  moved an application for return of original surety papers and redemption of property on the grounds that applicant/accused has been acquitted from the charge by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kamber vide order dated 30.01.2011. The said order is available on record and it confirms that the accused Shabir was acquitted.

            Learned State counsel has  no objection. Consequently, the application is granted. The office is directed to return the surety documents on proper verification and identification.

            The application stands disposed of.
