          In this petition, the petitioner has sought restraining order against the official respondents for causing harassment and also in terms of prayer clause-C to refer the petitioner and his brother Nazar Muhammad to CMC hospital, Larkana, with directions to respondent No.6 to get them medically examined, treated and issuance of such certificate. Accordingly, vide order dated 27.9.2012, the respondent No. 6 was directed to examine the petitioner and submit report. Today, learned State Counsel has referred to the final medico legal certificate dated 29.9.2012, wherein it was observed that as per Dental Surgeon report no any tooth is broken or dislocated due to external violence, as well as during internal examination no any injury was found on the body, hence no injury. Accordingly, the prayer clause-C stood satisfied. As far as prayer clause-D is concerned the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Sessions Court to avail such remedy for registration of F.I.R. However, the official respondents are directed not to cause any harassment to the petitioner and act strictly in accordance with law.

          The petitioner is disposed of accordingly.
