            It is contended by the learned counsel for petitioner that in-fact this petition was moved by the petitioner to seek protection against the harassment caused by the official respondents and to lodge the F.I.R on account of the incident that has been disclosed in the petition. At the outset learned counsel stated that he would be satisfied if the directions are given to the official respondents to act strictly in accordance with law and that they should take care of life and liberty of the petitioner in accordance with law. However, learned counsel submits that for lodging of the F.I.R the petitioner may be allowed either to file an application under Section 22- & 22-B Cr.P.C. before Sessions Judge, or file a Direct Complaint. Accordingly, the petitioner is allowed to avail either of the two proceedings referred to above to be exercised by the petitioner in fulfillment of his desire of lodging the F.I.R against the respondents. However, as far as harassment is concerned, the petition is disposed of in the foregoing paragraph.
