                        Learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied  that if this petition could be disposed of with directions   that  official respondents  shall not cause harassment to the petitioner illegally and unlawfully.  However,  if any case is registered prior to the filing of petition they shall act strictly act in accordance with the law.  It is contended  that after filing of this petition an FIR bearing No.4/2013 is registered at P.S Valeed.  As far as the registration of FIR No.4/2013 of P.S Valeed, respondent No.3  by consent agreed that he shall  inquire about the validity and lawfulness of such registration of FIR and submit report to that effect.   Inquiry shall be completed within three days.  Until 22.01.2013 no coercive action should be taken.  Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
