4.         Learned counsel for the applicant inter-alia contended that there is apprehension of humiliation and disgrace of the applicant from the hands of police, if arrested. It is next contended that applicant is respectable person of the locality and intends to surrender before trial Court and in this respect he needs protection from this Court.

            Be that as it may, without dilating upon merits and demerits of the case, protective bail is granted to the applicant for ten days from today on his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One hundred thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court. In the meantime, operation of N.B.W issued against the applicant is suspended. The applicant is required to surrender before trial Court within ten days from today. The application is accordingly disposed of.

Judge
