O R D E R

 

Muhammad Shafi Siddiqui, J-.                Learned counsel for petitioners submit that identical petitions were disposed of by Division bench of this Court by order dated 19.09.2012, in C.P. No. D- 774/2012, in terms of the said order it was observed that the Secretary Education, Government of Sindh, shall decide the cases of the petitioners as per dictum laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Criminal Original Petition No. 10-K to 16-K of 2011, and 6 & 7-K of 2012, within 30 days. It was further observed that in case any of the petitioners does not qualify within the parameters prescribed for, then such report shall be submitted to this Court through Additional Registrar.

 

            All the counsel for the petitioners present agreed that these petitions can be disposed of with the same terms. Accordingly, these petitions are disposed in the same terms that the Secretary Education, Government of Sindh, shall decide the cases of petitioners individually in terms of the parameters laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court (supra). Further that, in addition the petitioners shall also provide all documents which are necessary for their identity and their recruitment. Such process shall be carried out within period of sixty days and in case the Secretary Education feels that any of the petitioners does not qualify the requirement prescribed for, then such report shall be furnished to this Court through Additional Registrar.

 

            These petitions are consequently disposed of in the above terms.
