                        After hearing the parties at length, it is agreed that  petition may be disposed of with observation as ordered by the Division Bench of this Court in number petitions such as C.P No.D-577 of 2009 and others  after relying on the judgment of the honourable Supreme Court. Constitutional petition referred above was disposed of by Division Bench by directing the respondents to examine claim of  each  and every petitioner  and dispose of the same in the light of above referred judgment passed in C.P.No.498/2008. 

            The petitioner  has prayed   in this petition as under:

a. That this Honourable Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioners in same grade, against son quota as provided in section 11-A of Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules 1974.

            With the consent of both the learned counsel, this petition is disposed of  by directing the respondents to examine  claim of each and every petitioner in terms of section 11-A  of Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 1974  and in terms of judgment passed in C.P.No.498/2008.  Petition stands disposed of in the above stated terms.
