Learned counsel submits that after order dated 17.1.2013 four detainees namely Amjad, Bilawal, Abbas and Zahoor have been released. Out of these four two are present and two are not in attendance. The enquiry report filed by DSP City Jacobabad is taken on record. It is contended that detenue Bashir Ahmed, Qamaruddin and Ghulam Mujtaba respectively were booked in an FIR bearing crime NO.52/2012, 53/2012 and 54/2012 against Ghulam Mujtaba 2.Bashir Ahmed and 3.Qamaruddin. Learned counsel submits that they have been illegally and unlawfully nominated in the FIRs and that the detainees have no concern whatsoever. They have also taken bribe and illegal gratification for releasing the detainees namely Abbas, Bilawal, Amjad and Zahoor Ahmed. Since the detainees have been released, learned counsel for the petitioner do not press this petition which is accordingly disposed of. However, learned counsel submits that they may be allowed to seek their remedy against these official respondents in response to illegal and unlawful activity that has been done by respondents. Learned Assistant A.G states that no permission is required for filing any case against the official respondents in case cause of action is accrued. They are at liberty to pursue remedy in accordance with law.

Constitution petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
