            All the three detainees are present in Court and they have categorically stated that though they are married but at the moment they would like to go with the applicant/father. Accordingly, in terms of their statements and with the consent of learned State counsel they are set at liberty to go with their father/applicant. Accordingly, criminal misc. application is disposed of.
