                   By consent this petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.3 to depute any D.S.P. to enquire about the fact as to whether the SHO PS Rehmatpur had arrested four persons and after releasing three persons handed over the custody of one Munawar Ali to Police Station Market, Larkana and subsequently he was booked in crime No.112/2012, under Section 9(c), CNS Act, 1997.  Such enquiry be placed before the relevant Court where crime No.112/2012 is being tried.
