     3.    It is contended that the applicants    had no knowledge about the registration of case as they had shifted to Punjab  and  now they want to surrender  before the trial Court but they apprehend their arrest by the police as their  names appear in the FIR therefore, they seek protective bail.

            Without touching merits of the case, let applicants be granted protective bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/= each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.  This order  shall cease to operate on their surrender  or on the tenth day whichever is earlier.
