            It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that this matter could be disposed of in terms of the order passed in CP No.D-134 of 2012. The order was shown to the learned counsel for the State who concedes that in such terms this petition may be disposed of. Accordingly the petition is disposed of as under :-

The  Petitioners are directed to submit applications to the concerned respondent, enclosing therewith following documents.

(i) Copy of Agreement Bond signed by the applicant/plot donor and EDO (E) Larkana regarding construction of School building.

(ii) Copy of Form VII-A/ VII-B duly signed by Mukhtiarkar (Land Revenue) concerned showing the ownership of plot/land of the applicant.

(iii) N.O.C of other shareholders of land/plot and other heirs of property.

(iv) Qualification certificates, CNIC, Domicile and PRC of the applicant, Certificate from relevant officer that land donated for construction of school building stand transferred in the name of Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh.

      After fulfilling the requisite formalities the concerned nominee or donor of plot shall be appointed within two months.
