                   Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that during pendency of this revision application the trial Court has dismissed the suit under Order 7, Rule 13, C.P.C and therefore, this revision application has become infructuous and he would pursue remedy in accordance with law now after dismissal of the suit.  Copy of the judgment and decree is placed on record.  This revision application since become infructuous is dismissed alongwith listed application, with further observation that the applicant may pursue his remedy in accordance with law.
