                        Through this constitutional petition, the petitioner Ghulam Rasool Unar has prayed for the following relief(s):-

a)                That  this Honourable Court may graciously be pleased to direct the respondents  No.1 to 4 not to harass the petitioner and not  create hurdles  to continue the van service which is purely for the public interest.

b)                Further  be pleased to restrain the  respondents No.1 to4 do not interfere with the petitioner they may be continue their van service on the same spot and place  which is in the middle of city that may be much better for the public to avail the van service.

c)                 This Honourable Court  may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.5 & 6 to initiate  departmental action against the respondents No.1 to 4 for the unlawful action.

d)                To award costs of this petition.

e)                 Any other relief which this honourable Court  deems fit  and proper under the circumstances may also be granted to petitioner.

            Notices have been issued to the respondents as well as A.A.G.  Comments have been filed by the respondents No.1 to 6  in which it is stated that no harassment whatsoever  has been caused  by the  respondents   nor the petitioner shall be harassed in future.  It has also been denied  that the petitioner was misbehaved by respondent No.2.  Learned Asstt: A.G  also states that official respondents shall conduct  themselves in accordance with the law and would not indulge in any activity contrary to law.

             In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioner does not press the petition more and it is accordingly disposed of.
