Learned
counsel for the applicants requests that instant pre-arrest bail application may be
converted to protective bail. Request is allowed.
Applicants/accused
seek protective bail in Crime No.12/2012 registered against the
applicants/accused on 20.12.2012 at P.S FIA Corporate Crime Circle, Karachi,
under Sections 409/419/420/468/471/477-A/34/109 PPC read with Section 5(2) of
Act II PCA, 1947. It is inter-alia contended that applicants/ accused are
prepared to surrender before the Trial Court but FIA is behind the
applicants/accused to arrest them.
Without
touching the merits, protective bail for the period of ten days is granted to
the applicants/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of
Rs.300,000/- (Rupees Three lacs)
each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this
Court. The applicants/accused shall surrender before the Trial Court in
aforesaid period, in the meanwhile they will join the
investigation. This order shall cease to have effect after expiry of ten days
or whenever the applicants/accused surrender before
the Trial Court.
Application
stands disposed of accordingly.
