                        It is  contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the detenue has been released, however, he was confined in illegal confinement regarding which Commissioner, who was appointed by this Court to conduct raid at Police Statoon Miranpur Buriro has submitted report dated 08.6.2012, on which strict departmental action was recommended by the ASP/SDPO, Civil Lines, Larkana. Let such departmental action be taken as suggested and the compliance report be submitted before the Additional Registrar of this Court. The petition stands disposed of.
