                   It is submitted that in terms of enquiry report of DIGP, the alleged detenue namely Ali Jan s/o Ghulam Mustafa Brohi is not in illegal confinement of the police. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that ultimately resolution of this petition is to register the FIR.

                   Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to approach proper forum  for registration of FIR, if permissible under the law. As on statement, the officer concerned would take cognizance, where-after the FIR could only be registered needs no permission from this Hon’ble Court in approaching such forum. Petition stands disposed of  along with listed application.
