            By this application, applicant has challenged order dated 21.12.2012 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No. 91/2012 whereby application under Section 22-A & B Cr.P.C was dismissed on the ground that the petitioner has failed to disclose father’s name and caste of the proposed  accused. This is hardly no ground to decline the application under Section 22-A & B, Cr.P.C. With pain, I set aside the impugned order with the observation that the applicant shall appear before the concerned SHO for recording statement under section 154, Cr.P.C and accordingly after taking cognizance the proposed FIR be registered and further proceed with the matter as required under the law. The  application is disposed of accordingly.
