                        Learned counsel claims that respondents No.7 and 8  are in illegal occupation of land meant for street.  Petitioner submits that he  has already approached respondent No.2 for  resolving the controversy which is subject matter of the dispute. The controversy is regarding a piece of land which is  claimed to be street which has been allegedly occupied by the respondents No.7 and 8.  Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if  the respondent No.2 is directed to resolve the controversy and dispute regarding the status of land as to whether the same is meant for street or not he would not press instant petition. 

            All present in Court agreed that  let the controversy be resolved by the respondent No.2 regarding the question involved in this petition.   It is further pointed out that the respondent No.2  has already been  approached by the petitioner in this regard and the matter  is pending subjudice before him. Let controversy be resolved within three weeks.  Report be submitted to the Additional Registrar of this Court. 

            Petition stands  disposed of in the above  terms.
