4.                Applicant/accused Ahmed Nawaz Bhatti seeks protective bail in crime No.24/2012, registered against the accused at P.S B/Section, Shahdadkot, under Sections 302, 114, 148, 149, 109, P.P.C. 

                   Learned advocate for applicant/accused Ahmed Nawaz submits that applicant is prepared to surrender before the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Kamber-Shahdadkot, but N.B.Ws have been issued against the applicant/accused and he apprehends that applicant would be arrested without hearing.

                   Without touching merits of case, protective bail for a period of four days is granted to the applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Two Lac) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.  Operation of the N.B.Ws is suspended for 04 days.  Applicant/accused shall surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period.

                   This order shall cease to have effect on expiry of four days from today or when the applicant shall surrender before the trial Court, whichever is earlier.

                   Application is disposed of.
