                        Learned State Counsel at the very out set stated that the petitioner shall be posted at some place by the Secretary, Local Govt. Karachi. In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition more. The petition is disposed of with direction to the Secretary, Government of Sindh, Local Government to post the petitioner somewhere against the vacant post within fifteen days. So fart the issue of salary is concerned, it shall also be dealt with by the concerned Secretary in accordance with the law.
