4.         Applicant/accused Qamaruddin Tunio seeks protective bail in Crime No.99/2012, registered at P.S Darri, Larkana, under sections 506/2, 215 P.P.C. 

            It is inter-alia contended that, learned 3^rd Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate, Larkana, has issued NBWs against the applicant in the case. The applicant intends to surrender before trial Court, but he apprehends that he will be taken into custody, as the trial Court has issued NBWs.

            Without touching merits of the case, the applicant is granted protective bail for five days from today on his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousands), and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court. The applicant shall surrender before the learned Sessions Judge, Larkana during aforesaid five days. This order shall cease to have effect after expiry of five days or on the date when applicant surrender before the Sessions Court, whichever is earlier.
