                        Respondent No.3 has filed the statement, same is taken on record.  Mr.Abdul Rasheed Soomro, learned State Counsel submits that in the next batch, the petitioner shall be sent to Intermediate course at Police Training School Shahdadpur. The petition stands disposed of with direction to SSP Shikarpur to send the petitioner on the training in the next Course.
