                        Through this transfer application, applicant/ complainant seeks transfer of Sessions Case No. 514 of 2008 pending in the Court of IVth Additional Sessions Judge, Dadu to some other Court  mainly on the ground  that said Court is lying vacant.

                        Mr. Naimatullah Bhurgri, State Counsel recorded no objection if case is transferred to some other Court for expeditious disposal.

                        Under National Judicial Policy, 2009 cases are to be disposed of expeditiously.  Court of IVth Additional Sessions Judge, Dadu is lying vacant.  Speedy trial is right of the parties. Therefore,  case is withdrawn from the file of learned IVth  Additional Sessions, Dadu and it is made over  to learned Sessions Judge, Dadu for disposal according to law.  Transfer application is allowed.
