                        Mr. Ghulam Mustafa Junejo, advocate for applicant Qurban is called absent. Complainant Muhammad Sharif is produced by SHO PS Bachakl Bhayo. Complainant states that applicant/accused Qurban has been acquitted by the trial Court by way of compromise. Since advocate for the applicant Qurban is called absent, therefore, bail application is dismissed due to non prosecution.
