          Through this constitutional petition, the petitioner Muhammad Bakhsh Jamali has prayed for following relief (s):-

(a) To direct respondent No. 6 to enquire into the matter personally and ensure return of looted articles mentioned in para No.10 above and to direct respondents No. 5 and 6 to provide proper protection the live, liberty, honor and property of petitioner and his family members and save them from highhandedness of Raees Kamber Ali Khan Leghari and the police officials.

(b) To restrain respondents from causing harassment for petitioner and his family members and further restrain them from illegally arresting petitioner and his family members and further restrain them from creating disturbance and harassment for him so as to his lawful business is concerned.

          Notices were issued to the respondents, as well as A.A.G. Comments have been filed by the respondents No. 1, 2, 3 5 & 6. In the comments, it is stated by the respondents that neither petitioner was threatened nor was kept in wrongful confinement. No harassment whatsoever has been caused, nor petitioner shall be harassed in future. However, protection will be provided to the petitioner as provided under the law.

          Learned State Counsel also states that the official respondents shall act strictly in accordance with law and shall not indulge in any activity contrary to the law. In these circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly. The petitioner shall be at liberty to avail any other remedy available to him under the law regarding his articles.
