                        Through this Constitutional Petition, petitioner Ghulamullah Abro has prayed for the following relief (s):

a) That this Honourable Court may be pleased to restrain the respondent Nos.1 & 2 to 10 not to dispossess the petitioner from his land and further be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 to 10 not harass the petitioner from any way directly or indirectly without due course of law.

b) To direct the respondent No.2, (SSP Larkana) to assure legal protection to the petitioner and his family as well as his property.

c) Any other relief be granted to the applicant.

            Notices were issued to the respondents as well as learned Addl. A. G. Comments have been filed by respondents No.1 to 10, in which it is stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner nor petitioner shall be harassed in future. Mr. Habibullah Ghouri appeared on behalf of the private respondents and gave undertaking that no harassment whatsoever shall be caused to the petitioner by the private respondents. Learned State Counsel also submits that every protection shall be provided to petitioner in accordance with the law. Learned advocate for the petitioner is satisfied from the statements filed by the official respondents and so also undertaking given by Mr. Ghouri and does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
