Through this constitutional petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following relief (s): -

·        To direct respondents No.1, 2 and 8 to recover the daughter of petitioner No.1 and minor baby Koomal daughter of petitioner No.2 from clutches of respondents NO.3 to 6 with directions to produce them before this Court and further to hand over the custody of minor baby Koomal to petitioner No.2 and record statement of daughter of petitioner No.1 Mst. Amina and she may be set at liberty in view of her statement.

·        To direct official respondents to provide protection to the lives and property of petitioner party.

Notices were issued to the respondents, as well as A.A.G. Comments have been filed by the respondents No.2 , 7 & 8.

Baby Koomal was produced on last date of hearing and her custody was handed over to her mother Mst. Aisha, the petitioner No.2. SHO PS Garhi Yasin has produced Mst. Amina. Her statement is recorded, in which she has categorically stated that she was married to one Abdul Sami with the consent of her father and she passes happy life with her husband; she desired to go back with her husband. She is allowed to go and live with her husband.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner No.1 is father of Mst. Amina. The husband of Mst. Amina does not allow Mst. Amina to meet her parents. Abdul Sami present in Court states that he has never restrained Mst. Amina to meet her parents and undertakes that he will allow Mst. Amina to meet her parents at any time, when they desire.  In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is accordingly disposed of.
