            Through this constitution petition petitioners Mst.Sofia and Mst. Khalida have prayed for the following relief(s):

(a) That this Honourable Court may graciously be pleased to direct the respondents to provide the protection  to the lives, liberty, family, honour and property of the petitioners and their family members.

(b) To restrain the respondents from harassing the petitioners and forcing the petitioner No.1 to leave the house of her mother viz. the petitioner No.2 and stay with her paternal uncles at Karachi, against her wishes as she is a sui juris.

(c) Award costs of the petition.

(d) Any other equitable relief be granted to the petitioner.

            Notices were  issued to the respondents as well as A.A.G. Comments are filed by respondents No.1 and 2.The respondent No.1 in his statement has stated that petitioners have never appeared at Police Station for protection and stated that he is prepared to provide every protection to the petitioners. It is further  stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioners nor the petitioners shall be harassed in future. Respondent No.2,  S.S.P Larkana in the comments has denied the allegations.

            Learned State counsel submits that official respondents are bound under the law to provide legal protection to the petitioners. In these circumstance, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition more and it is accordingly  disposed of.
