                   Through this Constitutional Petition, petitioner Manzoor Ali Khokher has prayed for the following relief(s):

a) That this Honourable Court may graciously be pleased to direct the respondnts No.2 to 5 to furnish affidavit that they will not cause any harassment without due course of law and take action against the respondent No.5 for taking bribe from the brother of petitioner.

b) This Honourable Court may be pleased to direct the respondent No.2 to provide protection and take action against the respondents No.6 to 8.

c) To award costs of the petition.

          Notices were issued to the respondents and Addl. A. G. Comments are filed by respondents No.3 & 4 in which it is stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner nor petitioner shall be harassed in future. Learned State Counsel states that every protection in law shall be provided to the petitioner. In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition and it is disposed of accordingly.
