                   Through this Constitutional Petition, petitioner Sudheer Ahmed has prayed for the following relief(s):

a) That this Honourable Court may kindly be pleased to call and direct the respondent No.1, not to violate fundamental rights and legal privileges of petitioner and his family and to avoid from arresting, harassing, pressurizing or confining him except due course of law.

b) That this Honourable Court may also be kindly pleased to direct the SSP, Dadu, (respondent No.2) to ensure legal protection to petitioner and his family against apprehended life and property loss at the hands of respondents/accused persons of FIR No.175/2012 of PS Mehar.

c) To pass any other order as deemed fit and proper to secure legal privileges of petitioner and his family under the prevailing circumstances according to law.

          Notices were issued to the respondents and Addl. A. G. Comments are filed by respondent No.1, who is also present in Court and states that summary in B-Class for disposal of Crime No.175/2012 registered at PS Mehar under section 395, 342, PPC has been submitted before concerned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate Mehar. Further it is stated in the comments that no harassment whatsoever is caused to the petitioner nor petitioner shall be harassed in future. Learned State Counsel states that every protection in law shall be provided to the petitioner. In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
