                        Through this constitutional petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief (s) :-

a. That this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to call upon respondent NO.2 to 7, restraining  them from causing harassment to  petitioner  and his  other family members in any manner.

b. Direct  respondent No.1, (SSP Larkana) to provide  protection to petitioner and his family members  as guaranteed under the constitution.

c. This hon’ble Court may further be pleased to direct respondent No.2  to return to the petitioner, cash of Rs.70,000/= gold ornaments weighing two tolas, which he had taken away from his house.

d. To direct respondents No.2 to 7, not to register any deliberate false F.I.R /case against the petitioner and or any of his family member without prior permission of this Hon’ble Court.

e. To award costs.

f. Grant any other equitable relief.

                        Notices  were issued to the respondents as well as A.A.G.    Respondent No. 1, 2 and 5  have filed comments in which  they stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner nor they intend to harass the  petitioner in future.  Learned State Counsel states that  legal protection  shall be provided to the petitioner.

             In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
