Mr. Ameer Ahmed Narejo, State Counsel along with Inspector Ubedullah Jagirani, SDPO Garhi Yasin and SIP Ghulam Serwar Shah, SHO PS Dilawar Marfani.

                   Through this Constitutional Petition, petitioner Ghulam Serwar Tunio,  has  prayed for the following relief(s):

a) That this Honourable Court may be pleased to issue directions to the respondents for not causing the harassment to the petitioner in the above contents and also provide protection to the petitioner.

b) Any other equitable relief available in the circumstances may be awarded to the petitioner.

          Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G. Comments/statements have been filed by respondents No.1 to 3. DIGP in his comments has stated that the allegations leveled against him are false. SHO PS Dilawer, respondent No.1 has stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner nor petitioner shall be harassed in future. SSP in his comments has denied the allegations and stated that he has never called the petitioner nor put any pressure for withdrawing his petition. He has further stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner nor the petitioner shall be harassed in future. Learned State Counsel states that every protection shall be provided to the petitioner as provided in law. In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly along with listed applications.
