                        Through this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following relief(s):-

(a) That this Honourable Court may be pleased to direct the respondents No.1  and 4 not to take the law into their hands and not to implicate the petitioner in false criminal cases.

(b) To direct the respondent NO.2 and 3 to provide legal protection to the petitioner as and when required.

(c) Award costs.

(d) Any other relief which this Honourable Court deems fit and proper under  the circumstances   of the case be granted tot the petitioner.

            Notices were issued to the respondents  as well as A.A.G.  Comments have been filed by the respondents No.1 and 2.   Respondent No.1 in the comments  has stated that neither he has arrested the petitioner nor he has been threatened by him.  Respondent No.2 in the comments has stated  that he will provide legal protection to the petitioner if and when  he approached.   Other allegations have been denied. 

            Learned State Counsel also submits that official respondents  shall act strictly in accordance with the law and would not indulge in activity contrary to law.

              In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioner does not press the petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
