                        At the very outset   Mr.Saeed Ahmed Bijarani, learned advocate for the applicant  submits  that he would be satisfied  if directions are issued to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the case.  He submits   that evidence of all the material witnesses have been recorded .  

            Learned  State Counsel   submits   that  request  is  reasonable therefore,  trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within two months under intimation to this Court.

             In  view of the above  circumstances,  Mr.Saeed Ahmed Bijarani, learned advocate for the applicant does not press this bail application and it is dismissed as not pressed.
