                   Through this Constitutional Petition, petitioner Muhammad Nawaz Shaikh has prayed for the following relief(s):

a)                 That this Honourable Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ of prohibition restraining HH,v;lklklkthsis ;;;lllllll;l;l;l;kl;l;l;ljklfgkgkgigkbgilfkfgkfkfk                  the respondents from causing harassment to the petitioner so as to his lawful business of cooking food at his shop is concerned.

b)                 To direct the respondent No.1 to ensure proper protection to the life, liberty and property of petitioner being a victim.

c)                  Award costs of the Petition.

 

          Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G. Comments are filed by respondents No.1 to 4. Respondent No.1 in the comments has stated that there is money transaction between petitioner and the respondents. No harassment whatsoever has been caused by respondent No.1 and protection as provided in law shall be provided to petitioner. Respondents No.2 to 4 in their comments have stated that they had disconnected the electricity of the petitioner as he was using the same without any charges as he was committing theft of the electricity and petitioner had filed an application under section 22-A & 22-B, Cr.P.C before the learned IInd Additional Sessions Judge, Dadu, the same was dismissed. Learned State Counsel submits that no harassment whatsoever shall be caused to the petitioner and official respondents are bound to provide protection to the petitioner in accordance with the law. In these circumstances, Mr. Habibullah Ghouri, learned advocate for the petitioner is satisfied from such statements and undertaking and does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.

          So far disputed amount is concerned, parties would be at liberty to adopt legal course  before competent Court of law.

            Judge
