                   Mr. Shahbaz Ali Brohi, learned advocate for applicants/accused submits that presently case is pending in the Anti-Terrorism Court, Shikarpur.  N.B.Ws have been issued against the applicants/accused.  They are prepared to surrender before the trial Court.  As the N.B.Ws have been issued against the accused, they apprehend their arrest without hearing.

                  

                   Without touching the merits, protective bail for a period of five days is granted to the applicants/accused from today subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One lac) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court with direction to the applicants/accused to surrender before the trial Court.  In the meantime, operation of N.B.Ws is suspended for 05 days.   

                  

                   This order shall cease to have effect on expiry of five days from today or when the applicants shall surrender before the trial Court, whichever is earlier.

 

                   Application is disposed of.
