1.                Office objection is overruled.

2.                Allowed.

3.                Allowed subject to all just exceptions.

4.                Through this Constitutional Petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs :-

 

“(a)    That this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to call upon the

          respondents No.1 and 3, restraining him from causing

          harassment of the          petitioners in any manner;

 

(b)               Direct respondents No.1 and 2, to provide all the possible protection to the life and liberty of the petitioners as guaranteed under the constitution;

 

(c)                This Hon’ble Court may also be pleased to direct respondent No.1, not register any deliberate false case in relation to marriage of the petitioners, and OR if any F.I.R in relation to marriage or abduction of petitioner No.1 has been registered, the same may be quashed;

 

(d)               To direct the private respondent not to take law into his hands and give undertaking to the effect that he will not cause any harassment to the petitioners and will allow them to live with each other as husband and wife as per their wishes;

 

(e)                To award costs;

(f)                 Grant any other equitable relief.”

 

                   Mr. Muhammad Yaqoob Dahani, State Counsel, present in the Court waives the notices of this Constitutional Petition and undertakes that official respondents No.1, 2 and 4 are bound to act strictly in accordance with law and would not act contrary to the law and every protection as guaranteed under the Constitution shall be provided to the couple. 

                   In these circumstances, Mr. Ali Raza Pathan, learned advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition and it is disposed of accordingly.
