                   Petitioner through this Constitutional Petition has prayed for the following reliefs :-

a) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call respondents No.1 and 2 and direct them not to violate fundamental rights and legal privileges of Petitioner and his family and to avoid from arresting, harassing, pressurizing or confining him except due course of law;

b) That this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents No.1 & 2 to return back above mentioned articles to the Petitioner without further delay;

c) That, this Honourable Court may also be kindly pleased to direct the any incharge of PS Jagin to register F.I.R against above said respondent No.1 and 2 and further be pleased to direct him to ensure legal protection to Petitioner and his family against apprehended life and property loss.

                   Notices were issued to the respondents as well as A.A.G.  Comments have been filed by respondents No.1 & 3, in which allegations have been denied and it is stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner, nor petitioner shall be harassed in future. 

                   Learned State Counsel states that official respondents shall act strictly in accordance with law and would not indulge in any activity contrary to the law. 

                   In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition and it is disposed of accordingly.
