                   Petitioner through this Constitutional Petition has prayed for the following reliefs :-

a) That this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents No.1 to 6 not to harass the petitioner at the instance of respondents No.9 to 11, without due course of law;

b) That this Hon’ble Court further be pleased to direct the respondents NO.9 to 11 that if they have any grievance regarding any monetary dispute, she must be approached to the civil Court of law to resolve same dispute;

c) Award costs of the petition;

d) Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper, be awarded to the petitioner.

                   Notices were issued to the respondents as well as A.A.G.  Comments have been filed by respondents No.1 to 5, 7 & 8, in which allegations have been denied and it is stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner, nor petitioner shall be harassed in future. 

                   Learned State Counsel states that official respondents shall act strictly in accordance with law and would not indulge in any activity contrary to the law. 

                   In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition and it is disposed of accordingly.
