            Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application moved by petitioner Niaz Hussain is pending with Revenue Authorities for grant of land shown in the petition. Since sufficient time has passed orders have been passed on said application. By consent, it is ordered that Deputy Commissioner, Kamber Shahdadkot shall dispose of application of the petitioner within one month by passing speaking order after hearing the petitioner. In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
