                   Through this Constitutional Petition, petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs :-

a)                 direct the respondents No.1 & 2 not to harass, humiliate, disgrace and threaten the petitioners and their relatives at the instance of their enemies/rivals and not to restrain them from ploughing and cultivating their lands;

 

b)                 direct the respondents No.3 and 4 to ensure that in future no harassment is caused to the petitioners and their relatives at the instance of their enemies/rivals;

 

c)                  Award costs of the petition;

 

d)                 Any other equitable relief, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.”

 

 

                   Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G.  Comments have been filed by respondents No.1 to 4.

                   In the comments, Superintendent of Police, Kashmore at Kandhkot, respondent No.3, has stated that a criminal case has been registered against the petitioner party and allegations are false.  Respondent No.2 SDPO Miani at Badani has also denied the allegations.

                   Learned State Counsel submits that respondents No.1 and 2 have neither harassed the petitioners, nor they shall harass them in future and the official respondents shall act strictly in accordance with law and will not indulge in any activity contrary to the law. 

                   In the view of such statement given by learned State Counsel and keeping in view the comments filed by the above-named respondents, learned advocate for petitioners does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
