          Through this constitutional petition the petitioners have prayed for the following relief (s):

 

(a)               To record statement of the petitioner No.2 and in the light of her statement, the F.I.R No.141/2011 of P.S New Foujdari registered for her abduction may be disposed of.

 

(b)              To direct respondent No.3 to provide protection to the petitioners who appeared danger at the hands of respondents No.5 to 7.

 

(c)               To direct respondents No. 5 to 7 not to harass petitioner No.2 or her husband or family members and let her to live life with her own will and wishes; in the meanwhile they may not be arrested.

 

          Notices were issued to the respondents, as well as A.A.G. Comments have been filed by the respondents No.1 to 7, which are on record; and copies of the same have already been provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner.  According to statement of respondent No.1, the case bearing Crime No.141/2012 of P.S New Faujdari, under section 365-B, 506/2 P.P.C has been challaned before the competent Court of law.

 

          After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners it is ordered that trial Court shall record statement of petitioner No.2 (Mst. Zahira), and other witnesses and shall dispose of the case strictly in accordance with law within two months under intimation to this Court.

 

          In view of above directions the learned counsel for petitioners does not press this petition more, which is disposed of accordingly. The official respondents are directed not to cause any harassment whatsoever to petitioners.
