AAG delivers a cheque for Rs.63411/- towards 180 days leave salary of the
petitioner to the petitioner Sikandar Ali Shah, who is present alongwith his
counsel. Learned AAG submits that the pension amount of the petitioner shall be
paid to him within three weeks from today as the same is under process.
By
consent, we would dispose of this petition by directing the Respondents to make
payment of the pensionary benefits excluding leave encashment to the petitioner
within three weeks from today and submit compliance report to the MIT-II of
this Court within four weeks from today.
