1. Through
this application, duly signed by the petitioner and his counsel, the petitioner
seeks to withdraw the instant petition. Petitioner Shamail Sikandar present in
court, who submits photocopy of his CNIC, which is taken on record and admits
his signature on the application. Mr. Tanoli requests that the petition be
simply dismissed with no further orders. Mr. Ahmed Pirzada Advocate for
Respondents Nos. 5,6 and 7 has no objection.
Without
prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents, the application is
granted to the extent of withdrawal simpliciter. The petition alongwith pending
application stands dismissed accordingly.
